Everything works pretty much the same on a Mac as it does on a PC until it's time to download a High Res image. There are a couple of simple things you can do to make the process work smoothly.

Here's how it works...

Once you've registered on our site and we have authorized you for High Res downloads, it's just a matter of clicking on the shopping cart icon below the image you've selected. This causes a new window to pop up, displaying the full-size image. This is a fairly large file, so if you have a slower Internet connection, it may be a while before the image appears. Once you can see the image, you just right-click on the image and select "Save Image to the Desktop" from the menu that pops up. Don't have a two-button mouse yet? No problem. Just hold down the "Control" key and click the image to get the menu.

The problem is, the Mac version of Internet Explorer doesn't open the window properly, and Safari and Firefox block pop-ups by default!

With Safari, there is an option under the "Safari" menu to "Block Pop-Up Windows", which you can uncheck while using our site.

We've found that the best overall solution is to use the Firefox web browser. It's well-written, free software and when Firefox blocks a pop-up, a drop down menu bar appears at the top of your window. There is a "Preferences" button on the right side of that bar that gives you the option to "Allow popups from danitadelimont.com." align="right">Once you've set this preference, you can download images from our site without the annoyance of pop-up ads when you visit other web sites.
